Construction Specification
Following full approval from the relevant certifier, the next step is to prepare full specification of works and fixtures and fittings. Not all projects require a custom specification, and a standard industry specification can be used if applicable – which we’ll clarify accordingly.
Tender
If required, we can assist with your selection of a builder by connecting you with quality service providers to get the best value. Our tendering process can range from seeking expressions of interest from the market, or obtaining quotes and pricing from select contractors and service providers that we’re familiar with.
With experience in civil, new homes, renovations, subdivisions and commercial construction, we can assist with obtaining quotes from reputable providers. Value engineering is an important part of this process – ensuring that we never sacrifice build quality for price, but at the same time ensuring all work has been costed appropriately to ensure the budget is kept under control.
