What You Receive

We draft to the level of detail your builder needs to quote accurately. Vague drawings are where variations and budget blowouts come from, so we would rather resolve a detail on paper than on site.
Working With Your Builder
If you already have a builder, we document to suit the way they work and stay available through construction to answer questions. If you do not, we can prepare a specification and run a tender so you can compare quotes fairly, rather than weighing up three prices for three different scopes.
Council Documentation and Lodgement
We prepare the full documentation set and lodge it through the PlanSA portal on your behalf, then manage any requests for further information. Where a project needs engineering or an energy rating, we coordinate those consultants so you are not chasing three parties yourself.
Most projects run six to ten weeks from first concept to lodgement.
