New Home Designs in Adelaide

How the Design Process Runs

1. Consultation. We meet to talk through your requirements, your site and your budget. No obligation, and no drawings yet.

2. Concept design. We prepare floor plans and elevations so you can see how the home works on your block. Larger projects can include 3D visualisation, which is worth the extra step when you are trying to picture volume and light before you commit.

3. Documentation. We develop the concept into a full working set your builder can price and build from, and we coordinate engineering and energy ratings where they are needed.

4. Approval. We lodge through the PlanSA portal and handle any requests for further information.

Most new homes run six to ten weeks from first concept to lodgement.

Designing to a Real Budget

The most useful thing we do early is tell you honestly what your budget will achieve on your site. Slope, orientation, access and council setbacks all shape what is possible, and it is far cheaper to work that out during concept design than after a builder prices the job.

We look for the cost-effective option wherever one exists, without stripping out the parts of the design you actually cared about.

Interiors and Selections

If you would like help beyond the structure, we can coordinate interior selections, including finishes, fixtures and fittings, so the inside of the home is resolved to the same standard as the plans.
